I’m a wheelchair user, travel with me from Hartlepool to London to attend my soon-to-be sister-in-law’s hen do 🎉 Bob and Mr Bob kindly came to drop me off at the airbnb (don’t know how I would’ve got my gigantic cases there without them 😅) I love being able to share positive travel experiences, the assistance staff were all brilliant. I prebooked passenger assistance the night before and they were ready, waiting for me at the platform. The taxi driver was great too, didn’t hesitate when I asked for the ramp and even offered to drive a bit further and turn around so I wouldn’t have to cross the busy road and could get out safely.
