A couple of days ago a London taxi driver refused to let me in his taxi. I’m a wheelchair user and he said “I don’t take people like you”… his taxi has a built in ramp and he refused to get it out- giving various excuses. Here’s what’s happened since I reported the incident… Thanks @Freenow by Lyft for taking this seriously, swiftly investigating and taking action! @Transport for London have also been in touch and are investigating too. If you ever experience this, please report it. I travel on London taxis a lot and thankfully I usually have really positive experiences, it’s a shame that the few Frank’s out there spoil it for us!
