Twin Peaks, 1990 ⭐️ one of the many gifts david lynch gave me: he wrote the role of gersten hayward for me when i had first moved to LA, after we worked together in DUNE 7 years earlier. i was 14 here. i had no idea he kept the cameras rolling after we had filmed a take, and was capturing this boogie woogie i started playing between setups - i was as surprised as anyone else when this appeared over the end credits instead of the iconic image of laura palmer with angelo badalamenti’s theme music. forever grateful for the impact he had on my life, and in turn, my music❤️ on friday, my new album in tribute to david lynch came out into the world.
