I went rockhounding the other day for PNW Carnelian and found a bunch of smaller ones in this run off of a creek! These will be perfect for tumbling! Finding carnelian out in the wild can be hard at times especially this time of year when the overgrowth of vegetation is all over the place with thorns, devils club, but I always love a challenge and when I see that red glow it makes it all worth it!
