When I posted my sensory maxing series (a series where I, as a late diagnosed autistic adult, make the sensory changes I can to my lifestyle to actually accommodate my needs instead of ignoring them), a lot of you suggested getting a sensory sock. First of all, I love compression. I love being squeezed and tight spaces so this was right up my alley. But I don’t love that my hands are trapped. But then I incorporated movement and it was kind of a game changer for me lol. It really came in handy today as I was trying to regulate anxiety. I got this from Amazon but I’m not gonna link it.
